Cancellations or amendments should be made in writing or by calling the hotel at least 24 hours before the expected day of arrival(12pm) and 72 hours prior to arrival (12pm) during peak period in order to avoid incurring penalty charges. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one nights accommodation. A cancellation number must be obtained as proof of cancellation.
