Our reservation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both guests and venue partners. These guidelines ensure smooth operations and the best possible experience for everyone.
All times referenced in this policy are based on the local time zone of the venue. Please ensure you're aware of the venue's location when calculating modification and cancellation deadlines.
Use our search filters to find venues by location, cuisine, price range, and availability.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive:
All modification requests must be made through the website at least 12 hours before the original reservation time.
If you're unable to modify online, contact us:
Cancellation requests made less than 6 hours before the reservation time will not be honored.

Log into ReservdNG and go to "My Reservations"
Click "Cancel" and confirm your cancellation

For cancellations within the 6-hour window due to emergencies, contact our support team immediately:
Emergency cancellations are reviewed case-by-case and may require documentation.
ReservdNG service fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing or circumstances.
Refunds for the venue portion are subject to individual venue policies. Check your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
A no-show occurs when guests fail to arrive for their confirmed reservation without prior cancellation (following our 6-hour cancellation policy).
