Welcome to ReservdNG. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReservdNG. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  • By using ReservdNG, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • These Terms may be updated from time to time

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Platform" or "Service"

The ReservdNG website, mobile application, and all related services

"User" or "You"

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Platform

"Venue"

Restaurants, bars, hotels, and other establishments listed on our Platform

"Reservation"

A booking made through our Platform for services at a Venue

"Service Fee"

The fee charged by ReservdNG for facilitating reservations

"Content"

All text, images, data, and other materials on the Platform

Account Registration

Registration Requirements

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account by providing:

  • Accurate and complete personal information
  • A valid email address
  • A secure password
  • Phone number for reservation confirmations

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • • All activities that occur under your account
  • • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • • Keeping your account information current and accurate

Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our Platform or other users.

Platform Use

Permitted Uses

You May:

  • • Browse and search for venues
  • • Make legitimate reservations
  • • Leave honest reviews and ratings
  • • Contact customer support
  • • Share venue information on social media

You May Not:

  • • Use automated systems to access the Platform
  • • Make false or fraudulent reservations
  • • Interfere with Platform operations
  • • Violate any applicable laws
  • • Impersonate others or provide false information

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • • Scheduled maintenance
  • • Technical difficulties
  • • Third-party service interruptions
  • • Force majeure events
  • • Security incidents
  • • System upgrades

Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from ReservdNG. This confirmation includes:

  • • Reservation details (date, time, guests)
  • • Venue information and contact details
  • • Confirmation number
  • • Payment receipt
  • • Cancellation policy information

Reservation Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to venue availability and policies:

  • • Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance (unless venue policy specifies otherwise)
  • • Additional fees may apply for modifications
  • • Some reservations may not be modifiable
  • • Contact customer support for assistance with modifications

Service Fees

ReservdNG Service Fee Structure

We charge a service fee for each confirmed reservation to cover platform operations, customer support, and payment processing.

Fee Calculation

  • • Service fees are calculated as a percentage of the total reservation value
  • • Fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation
  • • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes

Payment Security

Your payment security is our priority:

  • • We do not store complete payment card information
  • • All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology
  • • Fraud monitoring and prevention systems are in place

Cancellations & Refunds

Important Cancellation Policy

Service Fee Non-Refundable

ReservdNG service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes cancellations made by you, the venue, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Venue-Based Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the individual venue's refund policy. Each venue sets their own cancellation terms, which are displayed during the booking process.

Cancellation Process

Step 1: Review Venue Policy

Check the specific venue's cancellation policy in your booking confirmation or account dashboard.

Step 2: Submit Cancellation Request

Cancel through your account dashboard or contact customer support with your confirmation number.

Step 3: Refund Processing

If eligible per venue policy, refunds (excluding service fees) will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Common Venue Policies

Flexible

Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before

  • • 24+ hours: 100% refund*
  • • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Moderate

Partial refund with advance notice

  • • 48+ hours: 100% refund*
  • • 24-48 hours: 50% refund*
  • • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Strict

Limited refund options

  • • 72+ hours: 50% refund*
  • • Less than 72 hours: No refund

*Refunds exclude ReservdNG service fees

Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • • Medical emergencies (documentation required)
  • • Venue closure or significant service issues
  • • Natural disasters or government restrictions
  • • Technical errors on our platform

Note: Service fees remain non-refundable even in special circumstances.

User Conduct

Acceptable Behavior

As a ReservdNG user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in all communications
  • Respect venue staff and other guests
  • Honor confirmed reservations or cancel appropriately
  • Leave honest, constructive reviews
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Platform Misuse

  • • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • • Using automated systems or bots
  • • Attempting to hack or disrupt services
  • • Circumventing security measures

Fraudulent Behavior

  • • Making false reservations
  • • Using stolen payment methods
  • • Submitting fraudulent reviews
  • • Engaging in chargebacks abuse

Consequences of Violations

Violations of these conduct rules may result in:

Warning and account review
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal action where appropriate

Limitation of Liability

Platform Role

ReservdNG acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with venues. We are not responsible for:

  • • The quality of services provided by venues
  • • Food safety, hygiene, or health standards at venues
  • • Venue policies, pricing, or availability
  • • Interactions between users and venue staff
  • • Venue closure or changes to services

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReservdNG's total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
